Your organization could be its own provider of WISHET CEUs!
WISHET provides organizations throughout Wisconsin with the opportunity to grant CEUs for quality education programs. When an educational program is awarded with WISHET CEUs, it has met the high standards and criteria that WISHET believes makes for a quality program.
Approved Provider Goals:
- Provide Wisconsin healthcare educators with standards for quality education programs.
- Encourage dialogue among Wisconsin healthcare educators regarding quality education programs.
- Provide Wisconsin healthcare facilities with a mechanism to award CEUs (in-house) for their educational programs.

- Complete the application form with documentation of two recent educational programs that your organization has provided. Key criteria will need to be identified within each program and noted on application form.
- Submit $350.00 check payable to WISHET and application form to:

Note: The WISHET CEU Committee will review the application and contact the applying organization within three months from submission. Approval is granted for three years; if approval is denied, $300.00 will be returned. After three years, WISHET will send a new application form for renewal.
