    I think after the years we have had with COVID, it would be wonderful to have a motivational speaker who will spark the light under our feet again. It is always refreshing to be reminded of things we lose track of in our busy lives.

    One topic a coworker presented today was "“Writing a good test question”.  Creating the education is one thing but creating the competency can be a whole other thing and is sometimes more difficult.
